Welcome to Luxe RV Resorts.
We are Thomas and Susan, a retired couple that traded suburbia for a 10-acre ranch on California’s Central Coast. In 2020, we purchased a 24’ Class C Mercedes Sprinter and set out to explore the USA with our two furry copilots in tow.
Along the way, we discovered we love every kind of camping—whether it’s state parks, boondocking in the wild, or staying at luxury RV resorts. Over time, we’ve come to enjoy the luxury side of RV travel. The problem? Finding true luxury RV resorts isn’t easy. Too often, places call themselves “luxury” without living up to the name.
Our search for resources showcasing true luxury resorts turned up very little. That’s why we created Luxe RV Resorts: a resource dedicated to showcasing the very best in upscale RV travel. Our goal is to make it easier for you to discover the properties that actually deliver on the promise of luxury.
This site is a work in progress, and we’d love for you to grow with us. We’ll be sharing reviews, highlighting pros and cons, and posting YouTube videos to give you a firsthand look at each resort.

Thomas told me he shared the info with you. Thank you so much for following the sites. We just started this about 6 months ago so we’ll slowly keep adding properties as we visit them. I do want to get Avila on there and I have a small backlog of other properties to get up as well.
